1. 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化、機(jī)械工程、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors.

2. 具有2年以上配電系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉開(kāi)關(guān)柜產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理和制造工藝，有完整開(kāi)關(guān)柜產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

With more than 2 years of experience in power distribution system structural design, be familiar with the structural characteristics, working principles, and manufacturing processes of switchgear products. Those with experience in complete switchgear product structural design projects are preferred.

3. 熟練掌握三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件（如 SolidWorks、Pro/E、CATIA 等）和二維繪圖軟件（如 AutoCAD），具備獨(dú)立完成復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和圖紙繪制的能力。

Proficient in 3D design software (such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, CATIA, etc.) and 2D drawing software (such as AutoCAD), with the ability to independently complete complex structural design and drawing.

4. 熟悉機(jī)械強(qiáng)度計(jì)算、有限元分析等技術(shù)，能夠運(yùn)用相關(guān)軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)性能分析和優(yōu)化。

Familiar with technologies such as mechanical strength calculation and finite element analysis, and be able to use relevant software for structural performance analysis and optimization.

5. 具備良好的問(wèn)題解決能力和創(chuàng)新能力，能夠快速分析和解決產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)方面的技術(shù)難題。
